Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Archdale, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by managing the flow of materials from receiving to production.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Hours/Shift: 1st 6:00am to 4:30pm, (Mon-Thurs)

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately record, count, and locate partsMaintain a clean and organized work areaUtilize computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAPPerform basic math calculationsAchieve and maintain a Lean Lift accuracy of 95% or higherRead, understand, and interpret technical drawingsConduct inspections as neededOperate measuring instruments and equipment (scales, pallet jacks, etc.)Obtain forklift certification and operate forklifts safelyPull picklists and complete delivery receipts (DRs)Pull and stock various materialsCollect and dispose of waste materials (trash, recycling, corrugated materials)Prepare jobs in advance for assemblyPerform sub-assembly and rework tasks as required


Work Experience
Strong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand, walk, climb, and bendSAP experience is a must
