Material Handler
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Material Handler** to oversee the corn sorting process at individual sorting conveyors. In this role, you will be responsible for picking apart good versus bad quality corn on the cob, distinguishing defects, and removing the product from conveyor belts. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position. We are currently offering a $250 sign-on* bonus & referral bonus*! **Responsibilities:** + Oversee corn sorting at individual sorting conveyors + Pick apart good versus bad quality corn on the cob + Distinguish defects and remove product from conveyor belts + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Adhere to the dress code of long pants, closed-toe and heel shoes, and shirt covering shoulders + Wear provided PPE, including safety glasses and gloves **Requirements:** + Ability to walk up and down stairs + Must be able to stand for prolonged periods + Allergy warning: Airborne allergy due to corn husk + May be exposed to common allergens + Attention to detail and ability to distinguish defects + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Strong work ethic and reliability Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Shift Times: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Join our team and contribute to the sorting of high-quality corn products.
