Our client, an innovative manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Material Handler to join their team in Cranbury, NJ. This role plays a key part in line support, order fulfillment, and optimizing operational efficiency within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuous monitoring of the picking loops and strategically moving personnel throughout the picking area to ensure all areas have sufficient coverage to meet order demands.Process all orders daily, including priority sequencing and special instructions.Ensure quality control and accuracy for all order fulfillment by following procedures for line starting, picking, scanning, and check-weighing audits.Oversee the timely and accurate movement of product from pull and drop areas to carton and pallet flows.Maintain required order commitments by picking all orders within 48 hours of print.Report any unsafe work conditions to management and ensure safe work practices are being followed.Assist with additional responsibilities as required, including assuming Picking Lead responsibilities in their absence.

Qualifications:

2 years of relevant experience in a Distribution Center environment.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.General understanding of computer systems.Good communication skills.Ability to deal with confidential information using discretion and judgment.

Pay and Schedule:

Monday to Friday7:00 AM – 3:30 PM$17.00 per hour
