**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Material Handler to join our team. The primary responsibilities will include general labor tasks and processing container waste. This role involves assisting with the receiving of waste, decontaminating empty drums/containers, creating manifest forms, and performing manual labor tasks related to cleaning and decontamination. **Responsibilities** + Assist with receiving of waste + Decontaminate empty drums/containers + Create manifest forms + Perform manual labor in cleaning and decontamination + Load and unload containers such as totes, drums, tankers, and trailers + Dispose of empty drums and/or containers according to RCRA and disposal protocols **Essential Skills** + Experience in material handling + Experience operating a forklift + Knowledge of RCRA disposal protocols **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED + 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production plant, or airport tarmac environment **Why Work Here?** Our facility offers a clear growth path for dedicated employees, starting from Material Handler I to Material Handler II, III, and then to a lead position. Candidates must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment. Initially, the position will involve working the day shift for a 3-4 month training period.
