**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and organized Material Handler to manage shipping and receiving for both domestic and international shipments. The ideal candidate will process shipments and material transactions in our ERP system, maintain inventory, and communicate effectively with the Sales and Customer Service teams to confirm and manage customer orders. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure and improve customer delivery and support other material handling duties as needed. **Responsibilities** + Handle shipping and receiving for domestic and international shipments. + Process shipments and material transactions in the ERP system. + Organize and maintain inventory along with partially finished materials. + Communicate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders. + Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure and improve customer delivery. + Perform additional material handling duties needed to support and maintain customer orders. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a regulated industry. + Proficiency in material handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). + Experience with ERP systems. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Recent experience in a medical device warehouse. + Experience receiving international and domestic shipments is preferred. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; a 401K retirement plan; flexible spending and health savings accounts; paid holidays and time off; parental leave; and an employee assistance program, among other company benefits. **Benefits and Other Information:** _We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
