Material Handler

This position is responsible for all stock inventory. Items are pulled and stored in the staging and hand fulfillment storage areas.

Job Duties

Fulfill supply requests that are submitted by machine operators throughout the day.

Stock and restock staging area(s) (including hand fulfilment) daily upon delivery of supplies, utilizing pallet jack and powered pallet jack.

Organize and number inventory in staging area and hand fulfillment area. Maintain min/max inventory control process.

Complete monthly version date inventory, reporting documentation, return to stock items, low stock report.

Maintain and clean staging area(s) sweeping and disposing of trash and pallets.

Dispose of all empty toner (recycle) & ribbons from data card rooms.

Replenish 5-gallon Water bottles and EzSeal liquid at mail operations machines.

All other duties as assigned.

Ensures supplies are in stock and organized available for operators to fulfill jobs and inserting in a manner consistent with ACE member goals.

Provide legendary service to all internal business units to ensure member documents, payments, and inquiries are received and distributed efficiently.

Qualifications

High School GED

less than 1 year Office clerical

Computer literacy required

Basic math skills required (production reports)

Strong time management, attention to detail and organization skills.

Flexibility in work schedule to work overtime when needed is required.
