Job Description:

Shift schedule: 12 Hour Straight Nights. Working days will be a 2-2-3 day rotation.

Location/Site: Ft. Smith, AR    

Segment: Petcare

                         

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate ability to record incoming and outgoing loads and moving the pallets to their designated locationScanning pallets as they are loaded onto or off of the trailerDemonstrate the ability to record all transactions in JDADemonstrate proficiency in loading/unloading trailersDemonstrate ability in reconciling inventory using the JDA SystemDemonstrate ability to Manage JDA & SAP programs in regard to materials managementDemonstrate ability to assist Schubert Operators in printing labels for pallets using JDAReconcile inventory discrepancies within Inventory management systemsDemonstrate understanding of site security policiesAssist QMST with the movement of hold materialsPrepare all bill of lading documentation for outgoing productDemonstrate understanding of warehousing principlesDemonstrate ability to read a schedule and confirm label and product sku matchDemonstrate knowledge of moving product from location to location using the JDA SystemDemonstrate ability to inspect exterior of trailer before performing the dock locking steps to ensure the trailer is safe for loading and unloadingDemonstrates the ability to use pallet wrapper and able to operate the wrapper in a safe mannerThis position and all site associates are responsible for quality and food safety

Job Specifications/Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge & Experience:

Knowledge of manufacturing inventory systems1-2 years forklift experienceExcellent Computer skillsKnowledge of Financial Compliance and DocumentationKnowledge of Supply Chain ManagementKnowledge in SAP, JDA, RF Scan Gun & Portable printersMust have a working knowledge FIFO/FEFO proceduresFood manufacturing experience and knowledge of food safetyKnowledge of Good Manufacturing PracticesExperience in & working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
