**Job Title: Material Handler** Weekly pay || $17 -$19 an hour || Louisville, KY **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler with experience in cherry picking, reach truck, or forklift operations. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. Ideal candidates should have warehouse experience and be comfortable working at heights. Initial tasks may include hand picking, packing, or working in the shipping area. Once trained, the primary responsibilities will involve operating a cherry picker and picking products for shipping, meeting required picking rates. **Responsibilities** + Operate cherry picker to pick products for shipping. + Meet the required picking rates. + Hand pick, pack, and work in the shipping area until fully trained on equipment. + Use RF scanning equipment for inventory management. + Maintain a safe and organized work environment. + Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed. + Work overtime as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience in picking, packing, or forklift operations is preferred. + Ability to use RF scanning equipment. + Comfortable working at heights. + High school diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior warehouse experience. + Willingness to learn and train on new equipment. + Ability to work in varying temperature conditions. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a $2000 sign-on bonus after 30 days of direct employment. The facility is not climate-controlled, so be prepared for hot summers and cool winters. Shorts and tank tops are acceptable attire. Break schedules are structured and overtime may be required. The first shift starts at 7am, 8am, and 10am, and the second shift runs from 1:30 PM to 10 PM. Trainers and leads are easily identifiable by their light blue and dark blue shirts, respectively. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
