**Job Title: Material Handler**
**Job Description**
The Material Handler II is responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately and provided to required areas in a timely manner. This role involves performing material movements both physically and systematically, generating and receiving work orders in an ERP system, and assisting in the coordination and flow of product through manufacturing and assembly. A Material Handler II must also maintain a neat and safe work environment, support company initiatives, and comply with all regulatory requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform material movements both physically and systematically
+ Generate work orders from an ERP system
+ Perform work order receipts in ERP system
+ Conduct cycle counting as required
+ Maintain a neat and safe work environment
+ Assist in the coordination and flow of product through manufacturing and assembly
+ Handle chemicals in certain areas with proper training provided
+ Work overtime as required for business needs
+ Support all company initiatives as identified by management
+ Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and other regulatory requirements
+ Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
+ Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in material handling and warehouse operations
+ Knowledge of ERP systems for generating and receiving work orders
+ Ability to perform cycle counting
+ Strong organizational skills to maintain a neat and safe work environment
+ Capability to work in a cross-functional team environment
+ Willingness to handle chemicals with proper training
+ Flexibility to work overtime as required
+ Compliance with FDA regulations and company policies
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience as a warehouse worker

**Work Environment**
The work environment involves working in a warehouse setting with a need to handle chemicals in certain areas, for which proper training will be provided. **Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Itasca, Illinois.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
