Job Purpose
Our Asset and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining records of assets and materials in inventory and order. Day to day you will be providing information to determine the status of current orders and to forecast needs for future orders. You will compile documentation of materials and stock on hand, monitor reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock as needed.

Responsibilities:
The Material Handler utilizes a hand trolly, pallet jacks or other handling equipment to move material to and from, trucks, trailers, and within the storage facility. Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility. Relies on instructions and pre-established procedures and guidelines to perform the functions of the job is responsible to count, receive, store, ship and replenish inventory goods associated with the warehouse. The Warehouse Material Handler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. The Warehouse Material Handler will report to the Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Manager.
Responsible for credit return inventory by arranging for the inspection of materials; verifying count, part number and properly transacting returned inventory back into stock. Responsible for documenting/recording of inventory movement within the warehouse when inventory is relocated to optimize efficiencies. Responsible for documenting/recording of inventory shipped from the warehouse. Responsible for Identifying and labelling of material, as well as recording/assigning and placing it in its assigned locations on the shelves to maintain inventory. Responsible for lifting equipment operations to include loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing inventory. Responsible for performing and reporting of cycle counts assigned by inventory supervisor/manager. Responsible for preparing and securing outgoing inventory orders for shipment to destination. Responsible for pulling and verifying inventory listed on incoming orders sent to the warehouse. Responsible for staging of secured outgoing inventory in designated staging area. Responsible for the pre-use inspections and preventative maintenance of lifting equipment assigned to the warehouse. Responsible to count, receive, store, ship and replenish inventory goods associated with the warehouse. Ensures material is handled, packaged, or stored in a way that does not cause damage or harm to people, process or product.Qualifications:
High school Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of commonly-used practices, and procedures within warehouse management. Ability to collaborate with others and have good team-building skills. Ability and willingness to use warehousing equipment including pallet jacks, wrapping machines etc. Positive attitude, with a high degree of self-discipline and self-motivation. Capable of using own initiative and working at times unsupervised. Proficient typing and general computer skills. Basic written and verbal communication skills.PREFFERED
1-5 years of experience working in a warehouse setting. Ability to work under pressure with little supervision. Perform transactions in ERP system (JDE, One C, etc.). Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
