**Job Title: Material Handler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team for the day shift from 8 am to 5 pm. Cross-training and fluid transition between departments are essential for maintaining a competitive advantage. The Material Handler I must become proficient with all level 1 tasks within 90 days of hire, with many tasks requiring On-the-Job Training. This role involves working under the guidance of Material Handler III for specific functions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform all duties and responsibilities of a Material Handler I proficiently.
+ Utilize SAP for various tasks.
+ Handle shipping and receiving tasks with over 7 years of experience, ideally from a semiconductor manufacturing background.
+ Enter data in preset forms and save properly using Excel.
+ Maintain and store files effectively.
+ Create new locations in the ERP system.
+ Process and print barcode labels.
+ Maintain data in KPI.
+ Fill out complex forms in the ERP system, such as NCM.
+ Research inventory discrepancies using various tools.
+ Employ problem-solving skills to locate lost inventory.
+ Reorganize inventory storage for optimal fit and distribution.
+ Prepare BOL using carrier-related software.
+ Safely and effectively use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scales.
+ Perform repetitive motions such as twisting and bending.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in performing responsibilities and duties of a Material Handler I.
+ Experience with SAP.
+ 7+ years of shipping and receiving experience from a manufacturing background, preferably semiconductor.
+ Basic understanding of Excel files.
+ Ability to maintain and store files effectively.
+ Capability to create new locations in the ERP system.
+ Experience in processing and printing barcode labels.
+ Maintaining data in KPI.
+ Filling out complex forms in the ERP system, such as NCM.
+ Researching inventory discrepancies.
+ Problem-solving skills for finding lost inventory.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift license/experience is highly preferred.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, chemical handling, production line, semiconductor manufacturing.
+ Experience in shipping and receiving, assembly, cleanroom, chemical handling, quality control, production, and inspection.

This position is in a semiconductor parts cleaning company's warehouse, working closely with production teams. The environment involves handling various manufacturing and chemical processes, requiring adherence to safety protocols and effective teamwork.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREMONT, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
