**HIRING FOR A Material Handler IN THE ANOKA/RAMSEY AREA!** **Responsibilities** + Utilize stand-up forklift to move products from fabrication to paint. + Perform inventory transactions using a handheld scanner. + Assist other material handlers in the fabrication department. + Maintain accurate inventory records. + Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials. **Must Haves:** + Experience in material handling, inventory, or production. + Proficiency with RF scanning devices. + Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding). + Basic mathematical skills for counting, adding, and subtracting. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment. + Capability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs constantly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. + Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally. + Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve walking and standing for 8-12 hour shifts. + Frequent use of hands and fingers to pick parts and grip objects, tools, scanners, etc. + Occasional crouching, kneeling, bending, stooping, and reaching forward and overhead. + Ability to bend, twist/turn, push/pull, reach overhead, and grasp tools as necessary. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in inventory, material handling, part picking, or a similar position is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Employees benefit from quarterly profit sharing, access to a state-of-the-art gym, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term disability coverage, a 401k plan with 100% match up to 3%, paid holidays, 2 weeks of PTO upon hire, 40 hours of sick time, and quarterly and annual raises based on performance and safety. The paint department is air-conditioned when retrieving or delivering painting parts. However, much of the job involves moving materials in the fabrication area where the paint line/track goes, so you will spend a significant amount of time in warmer areas.
