Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in a warehouse setting. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle environmental equipment and materials, ensuring their proper disassembly, sorting, packaging, and shipment.

ResponsibilitiesDisassemble electronic devices such as TV and computer screens, as well as various software systems.Sort batteries and electronics into designated locations.Package parts for shipment.Scan batteries and electronics for tracking purposes.Recycle parts found in various electronic devices and prepare them for shipment.Essential SkillsMaterial handling experience.Picking and scanning skills.Inventory management.Experience using an RF scanner.General labor skills.Sorting and disassembly capabilities.Packaging skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 3 months of warehouse experience.Preferred experience in assembly or disassembly.Preferred experience with warehouse scanning.Why Work Here?

The role is based in a warehouse setting that is not climate-controlled. The facility is equipped with swamp coolers, but it can get hot during the summer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
