We have a strong tenured workforce, with an average tenure of 15 years. We recently invested in new machinery ($8 million) and have additional capital expenditures planned for the next 3-5 years ($80 million). The updated breakrooms feature a new self-serve vending process. 90% of the production floor staff are bilingual in English and Spanish. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk Grove Village, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.44 - $22.44 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
