Job Description

We are currently seeking two Material Handlers, one for the 2nd shift and one for the 3rd shift. These Material Handlers will start either in the sheet metal bay or the bar bay depending on current needs. This role requires flexibility and readiness to work extended hours as needed.

ResponsibilitiesOrder selecting using high reach/side loader forklift and sit down forkliftSorting and banding material once pickedOperating overhead crane when neededManeuvering material, loading trucks, and banding various metalsLifting up to 55 lbs independently; team lift or forklift for heavier itemsEngaging in classroom and hands-on training for safety, core values, and certificationsEssential SkillsExperience operating sit down forkliftExperience operating stand up/side loader forkliftExperience operating overhead craneProven record of accountability, safety, and willingness to helpAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with saw operation, metal working, deburring, grinding, and metal grindingEagerness to learn new skillsProven attendance recordWillingness to be part of the team for the long term
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
