Job Title: Material Handler (must have warehouse experience)

Hours for Lynn Location : 1:30p – 10pm, $20/hour

Hours for Medford Location : 6am – 2:30pm, $20/hour

ResponsibilitiesPay attention to detail.Meet and greet customers.Review requisition forms for completeness (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, description, and quantity).Answer questions regarding parts availability.Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided.Inform customers when requested parts are available.Occasionally drive to vendors' locations to purchase/pick-up parts.Provide necessary documentation to vendors (tax exempt form, credit references).Review vendor invoices for accuracy in pricing, parts, and quantities.Return products to the location in a timely manner.Generate customer requisitions in the inventory system.Enter vendor receiving documents in the inventory system.Receive, stow, and catalog inbound and outbound inventory.Provide support during emergencies.Conduct inventory research projects as requested.Maintain a neat and clean stock room area and perform regular cycle counts of material.Adhere to required procedures.Pay and Benefits
