ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated above average performance in:Transacting all business in accordance to Animal Health International Inc.’s business code of ethics and conductAligning with the Company’s Mission, Guiding Principles, Values, Goals and ObjectivesPerforming all warehouse duties including picking, packing, receiving, counting and tracking inventoryUsing any/all of the warehouse equipment/machineryMeeting/exceeding assigned performance metrics and KPIsHelping maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouseHandling all products within a wholesale distribution environment according to the Company’s processes/procedures and all applicable laws and regulations

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

Demonstrated above average performance in:Performing all work in accordance with Company Safety guidelines and procedures, with safety and regulatory licensure complianceAs assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

Above average:

Ability to safely and efficiently operate all warehouse/equipment machineryAbility to meet deadlines, cutoffs and budgetary requirementsOrganization and administrative skillsCommunication skills and ability to work effectively with and transfer knowledge to othersIndustry knowledge of overall warehouse operationsAbility to work with minimal to moderate supervisionProblem solving skillsComputer skills with various applications

Education or Formal Training:

High school diploma or GED

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years warehouse experienceBackground in warehousing and distribution preferred
