**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to utilize a stand-up forklift to move products from the fabrication area to the paint department. This role also involves performing inventory transactions using a handheld scanner and assisting other material handlers in the fabrication department. **Pay: $20.70** **Responsibilities** + Utilize stand-up forklift to move products from fabrication to paint. + Perform inventory transactions using a handheld scanner. + Assist other material handlers in the fabrication department. + Ensure accurate inventory management and documentation. + Participate in other tasks as needed within the department. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory management, material handling, part picking, or a similar position. + Proficiency in using RF scanning devices. + Strong computer skills for utilizing shipping software. + Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding). + Basic arithmetic skills including counting, adding, and subtracting. + Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs constantly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. + Capability to push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally. + Willingness to perform tasks involving walking and standing for 8-12 hour shifts. + Frequent use of hands and fingers for tasks such as picking parts and gripping tools. + Occasional crouching, kneeling, bending, stooping, and reaching forward and overhead. + Ability to bend, twist/turn, push/pull, and grasp tools as necessary. + Experience operating powered equipment including forklifts. **Why Work Here?** We offer a range of benefits including quarterly profit sharing, access to a state-of-the-art gym, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance. However, the paint department is air-conditioned when grabbing or delivering painting parts. Much of the job involves moving materials in the warm fabrication area, so being comfortable with warmer temperatures is necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $20.70 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
