**Now Hiring Material Handler's** Starting pay $17.00 per hour, Mclean Illinois. This role operates on a shift from 5:00AM - 3:30PM We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will work outdoors in all weather conditions, assisting with staging products and scooping/hauling. This position requires the ability to handle bags weighing up to 60 lbs, with most being under 40 lbs. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, either temporarily or permanently. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have the physical stamina for this role, we would love to hear from you! **Responsibilities** + Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures + Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation by auditing, recording, and interpreting shipping documentation, weights & measures, labels, and production schedules + Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom arm forklift equipment + Work outside in all weather conditions to aid in staging products and scooping/hauling + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned **Essential Skills** + General labor + Construction + Packing + Farming + Pallet jack + 1- 3 years of sit down forklift experience + Shipping & receiving + Inventory + Shipping and receiving **Why Work Here?** Join us and benefit from a weekly production incentive ranging from $60-$100 per week for direct employees.
