Our client, a leading hospital system in the Greater Pittsburgh Area, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the logistics department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Material Handler
**Location:** Wexford, PA
**Pay Range: $20/hr**
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate supply needs on a routine basis to ensure adequate supply levels are available.
+ Provide administrative support for various departments including Receiving, Distribution, and Mailroom.
+ Interact with both internal and external customers regarding supply availability and product identification.
+ Order, receive, and stock supplies while maintaining accurate inventory control.
+ Maintain department statistics and perform other duties as assigned, including working weekends and holidays.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training.
+ 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Ability to utilize hand-held devices for inventory replenishment.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
