If you have experience in logistics and warehouse management, and enjoy keeping things organized, we want you to be part of our dynamic team! **About the Role:** As a Material Handler , you’ll utilize your logistics knowledge to assist in the smooth and efficient execution of warehouse management and shipping operations. You will play a crucial role in the timely and accurate processing of both international and domestic orders while ensuring all inventory is carefully managed and controlled. **Key Responsibilities:** + Utilize warehouse management techniques to support shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination for both international and domestic orders. + Inspect and receive goods, ensuring they meet quality standards and are properly documented. + Handle inventory control, including nonconforming inventory management and material packaging. + Prioritize daily operations and workflows to ensure deadlines are met with maximum product quality. + Comply with all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures. + Maintain a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail in order to meet organizational goals. **Shift:** + **Hours** : Day Shift – 12PM to 8:30PM **Compensation:** + **Pay Rate** : $19/hr + **Subco Bonus Program** : Up to $3,000 with the following payout structure: + $1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance + $1,000 at 60 days + $1,000 at 90 days **Requirements:** + High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills. + Ability to prioritize daily operations and ensure deadlines are met with a focus on product quality. + Compliance with company policies and safety standards. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills. **Why Join Us?** This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team where your contributions directly impact our operational success.
