**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to efficiently manage the movement of materials within our plant and warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and electric hoists to load and unload materials, ensuring a smooth flow within the manufacturing process. **Responsibilities** + Complete a pre-flight forklift inspection at the start of each shift. + Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand or with a forklift. + Operate an industrial fork truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products. + Empty chip bins and trash containers as needed (including metal scraps from cutting and welding). + Transport materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site. + Move materials to each part of the manufacturing process inside the plant. + Transport pallet kits to fitters and welders. **Essential Skills** + Heavy industrial material handling experience. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Work Environment** The work environment includes a non-climate controlled plant and warehouse, requiring the ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
