YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 

Load, unload and move material to storage or assembly linesCount, weigh, and record pieces or materials to be movedAssist in inventories when neededLoad and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks as neededFollow instructions of Kanban system for materials to be movedOperate a forklift or hand truck to move materialMaintain safe and clean working environment by complying with 5S procedures, rules and regulationsAbility to identify 7 wastes and utilize ESP program to report those observations regularlyPerform Daily 5S audit before end of shift and document finding on checklist

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: 

Required:

1+ years experience working in manufacturing  Previous experience working in a team settingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:

High School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience moving marine products Fork Truck driving experienceSelf-starter’ with experience working with minimal supervisionPrevious experience working in an outdoor setting
