We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Shipping & Receiving Associate. This position requires data entry experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing and shipping products, managing incoming materials, and handling paperwork to ensure efficient operations. This is a second shift opportunity (2:30PM - 11:00PM) and pays $18/hr. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process and ship inbound and outbound products (sorting, logging, packing, and shipping). + Audit shipments for accuracy and ensure proper packaging. + Prepare shipping and receiving documentation, maintaining organized records. + Inspect incoming freight for damage and collaborate with purchasing to resolve issues. + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling. + Assist with tracing missing shipments and maintaining safety standards in the workplace. + Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the manager. **Qualifications:** + 0-2 years of experience; this is an entry-level role with minimal prior experience required. + Ability to follow instructions closely and complete tasks under supervision. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Proficiency with computers, particularly in Windows OS; familiarity with MRP systems is a plus. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to stand, walk, and handle materials as needed. + Must be able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
