**Job Title: Material Handler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler/Floater for our team in St. Charles. The successful candidate will be responsible for various material handling tasks, utilizing equipment such as sit-down and stand-up forklifts, power lifts, and pallet jacks. This role requires a basic understanding of hand and power tools, manual machines, and the ability to perform stock room activities and cycle counts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle materials using equipment such as sit-down and stand-up forklifts, power lifts, and pallet jacks.
+ Understand and use hand and power tools, as well as manual machines (saws).
+ Cut raw materials, pick parts, and semi-finished components from the stock room.
+ Perform stock room activities and cycle counts.
+ Organize and maintain detailed paperwork, performing ERP transactions for material booking.
+ Be familiar with Microsoft 365 and basic computer programs.
+ Scan required paperwork for recordkeeping.
+ Pick materials required by FO and transfer orders, stamp/date each line, make note of back orders, confirm transfer orders in ERP, and deliver materials to work areas.
+ Retrieve finished FOs, verify all work steps with required stamps of completeness, count, identify, and receive factory orders using ERP, and move products to stock locations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with forklifts.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems.
+ Skill in using hand and power tools.
+ Proficiency with inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers.
+ Knowledge of blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with cutting using saws.
+ Assembly experience is a huge plus.

**Work Environment**
We develop and manufacture engineered systems and spray nozzles of different materials for various applications, and we are among the leading companies in the world market. The shift for this position is from 6:30 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime during busy times. The work environment includes a small team of about three people, requires steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and prohibits wearing shorts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.

**Workplace Type**
