**Position Summary**
Perform routine duties to move and store material and parts.
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Move materials and supplies to various departments as designated.
+ Assist shipping room personnel in simple shipping and receiving functions, such as transporting materials, loading and unloading trucks.
+ Assists in keeping entire plant in neat and orderly fashion as well as shipping and receiving area.
+ Operates motorized and hand equipment as needed for nonproduction job, such as moving machines, scrap, trash, etc.
+ Performs daily inspection of lift truck.
+ SAP transactions for material movement.
+ Understanding of material flow though the shop.
+ Support the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost methods of the facility
+ Other duties may be assigned
**Position Requirements**
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

**Equal Pay Act Range**
Hourly range is from $20.14 to $29.86, plus a benefit plan.
