**Job Title: Exit End Helper** **Job Description** We are seeking an Exit End Helper to assist the Exit End Operator in shipping products. This role includes various responsibilities such as operating forklifts, handling materials, and ensuring the packaging specifications are met. **Responsibilities** + Check work orders to ensure packaging specifications are correct. + Assist the Exit End Operator in weighing, banding, and tagging coils. + Operate a forklift. + Assist the Exit End Operator in making hookups. + Unload finished coils from the recoiler. + Operate a scrap shear, remove scrap, and package materials for shipment. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Assist in clean-ups and changeovers in the coater. + Properly handle and dispose of all hazardous materials, including rags and solvents. **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation + General labor + Loading and unloading + 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferably metal) + Material handling + Picking **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. + Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. **Why Work Here?** Our company values its employees and provides a supportive and engaging work environment. Employees receive a lunch break and two paid breaks during their shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morrisville, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr.
