Material Handler BE Days

Here’s the Gist:   

As a Manufacturing Material Handler, you will be responsible for clean room wafer logistics which includes preparing bare semiconductor wafers to be manufactured and completed wafers to be shipped.  You will accomplish many logistic tasks by utilizing equipment in a clean room interacting with a computer-based manufacturing execution system.  You will work a 12-hour day shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule.  Manufacturing Material Handlers working 12-hour shifts are eligible to receive a shift differential of up to 15%, as well as overtime and bonus eligibility.   

   

The Day-to-Day:   

Semiconductor wafer unpacking, and preparation, to enable the wafers to be used, or reused, in the manufacturing processes.  

Preparing finished semiconductor wafers for shipping.  

Cleaning empty wafer containers for reuse in the clean room.   

   

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):   

Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time, wear full clean room attire, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.   

Basic computer and math skills.     

Work independently with minimal supervision, and able to follow written procedures.   

The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.

Compensation Range:

$16.00 - $19.20
