Receive, issue, and physically move Valmont materials and products in a safe and efficient mannerProvide accurate and timely documentation of material and product movementProvide accurate and timely distribution of materials to production to meet production needs.Operate various types of material handling equipment including forklifts and overhead craneInterpret production plans and shipping orders to provide the require levels of material handling and shippingCount material inventory and reconcile inventory cycle discrepanciesDemonstrate excellent safety practices and behaviors which conform to all Valmont safety policies and proceduresWhat it takes
Required Qualifications
Must be able to be forklift and crane certifiedThe ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environmentThe ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive mannerMust have a high awareness for safety at all timesThe ability to work through problems with minimum amount of assistance from the leadperson or supervisorThe ability to work timely and expeditiously to deliver an on-time result without errorsHighly qualified candidates will also possess:
