**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** 3rd shift: 11p-7:30am Sunday-Thursday (must be prepared to work about 45-50 hours right now, with overtime after the shift). The role includes about 2-3 weeks of classroom training (safety, core values, basic certifications, etc.) followed by 3-4 weeks of hands-on training (forklift certifications, learning procedural duties, etc.). Candidates will be recertified on forklifts and overhead cranes. In this role, you will be doing mostly order selecting using the high reach/side loader forklift, as well as the sit down forklift to sort and band material once picked, and the overhead crane when needed. This is not solely a forklift role; you will also be doing some order selecting, maneuvering of material, loading trucks, banding various metals, and lifting up to 55lbs on your own (team lift or forklift for anything more than that).
