Overall Purpose\n

Ensure Quality services and support for all missions assigned to their site.\n

Reports to\n

Site Supervisor\/Site Leads\n

Responsibilities\n

(To include but not limited to the following)\n

Client Relationship & Business Development\n\nAct as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.\n\n

Operations\n\nSort material as needed.\nAccurately and legibly fill out paperwork daily.\nPerform record- and time keeping activities as required.\nComplete damaged goods reports and\/or accident reports as required.\nUse power- and hand tools typically found in a warehouse environment.\nChecks parts for non-conformance per work instructions and\/or criteria.\nMakes pass\/fail decisions on non-conformance items.\nUse powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks to move material within the work area.\nComplete other duties and\/or responsibilities as assigned.\n\n

Organization & Management\n\nCommunicate sort\/inspection results to managers, supervisors and production source.\nComplete other duties and\/or responsibilities as assigned.\n\n

Technical\n\nAccurately perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide).\nSatisfactorily complete work instruction training.\nDemonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication.\nOperating-level proficiency using personal and laptop computers.\nCapable of neatly and clearly keeping records and recording time keeping.\nPowered Industrial Truck Operator (OSHA) with certification from TRIGO HT.\nDemonstrated competency in operating power and hand tools.\n\n
