About this Role: 

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing, Team Lead for our Cypress CA location. Our production environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Specific job responsibilities include: 

Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards Follow all Work Instructions, SOP’s and safety requirements Comply with IRhythm’s policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations Ensure quality product produced that complies with all company policies and procedures. Communicates regularly with assemblers to inform, answer questions, provide direction and plan activities to meet production/quality requirements. Communicates between all assemblers, shifts and other departments to implement best practices, resolve problems and sustain consistent performance to meet daily objectives. Possess the desire and ability to continually learn, grow, and reinvest their own learning into the training. Successfully train other assemblers in their particular role and responsibilities. Assist in creating a cohesive team environment through enthusiastic leadership, empowerment, counseling, coaching and mentoring. Provide ongoing information to supervisor regarding team member performance/quality and participate in performance discussions. Assists in creating a culture of continuous improvement helping drive the company to become a learning organization. Promote a clean, organized and safe work area. Responsible for executing effective production (proactive and reactive) plans/activities in order to meet daily production schedule along their designated area long the Value Stream Responsible for providing Job Instruction Training and coaching to team members. Ensures all line personal are training and certified on their assigned functions (including updating of Training forms. Perform daily documentation of Work orders, line clearing forms, scrap reports and daily hour summary. Maintain balanced, pull-based production lines with a 1X1 workflow Ensure quality product flows through the lines Provide all necessary support to ensure timely resolution for line stoppages Continuous Improvement Responsibilities include: Conducting Line Walks Maintaining the Daily Teams Monthly count report Implement the development plan for assemblers to reach their maximum potential Complete all necessary paperwork as required ensuring compliance with GDP guidelines Ensure compliance with all safety and quality policies and cGMP requirements. Ensure assemblers have the necessary tools and materials to perform their work Every training circumstance will be different, the ability to adapt the training style to the person learning is crucial. Respecting others and the ability to be empathetic to each person’s situation as a student. Ability to put trainees at ease prior to beginning the training session. Understanding that each student has different needs and abilities, you must be willing to persist in the face of obstacles. Lead by example in demonstrating proficiency in the object they are teaching.  A trainer must have solid knowledge of the job and be called upon as a subject matter expert.  Knowledge refers to a deep understanding of the job. Knowledge of past quality issues, best techniques to perform the work the most efficiently as described in standard work. Ability to understand the current work method and identify the portions that are critical to success. Ability to observe the student during the training session and detect problems. Ability to analyze the result to determine the effectiveness of the training.  Ability to problem-solve deficiencies and recommend countermeasures to increase effectiveness. Completes tasks in a resourceful and effective way.

Experience: 

Minimum 4 years of production process experiences or related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing or ISO registered  Computer proficiency required Data entry experience preferred Leadership skills / scheduling planning  Microsoft Excel / Office
