Responsibilities

Efficiently manage the flow of goods in compliance with GMP standards.Strictly adhere to regulations concerning warehouse management, particularly GMP rules, hygiene, and safety protocols.Receive and record incoming goods in the ERP system (GPM).Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) flawlessly.Ensure accurate and specialized storage of materials.Accurately pick orders to supply production needs.Successfully manage the return of production materials in the ERP system (GPM) after job completion.Store materials after quality control inspection.Collaborate in commercial packaging and ERP system bookings (SAP).Conduct internal packing material sampling.Perform regular inventory checks.Ensure active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and issues to colleagues and supervisors.Actively participate in identifying, communicating, and solving problems and inefficiencies, and in exploring improvement opportunities.Contribute to encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the department (PPI Business System).Ensure timely project execution in coordination with project teams and supervisors.

Requirements

Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification. Alternatively, at least 2 years in a comparable position in the pharmaceutical industry or similar warehouse setting. Additional certifications a plus.Proficiency in German (spoken and written), with good English skills being advantageous.Strong problem-solving abilities, with mathematical and technical competence.Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.Capability to work independently under stress and in a multicultural environment.Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office), with user knowledge of ERP systems and TrackWise being a plus.
