**Job Title: Material Handler Lead**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Material Handler Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for using a forklift and overhead crane daily to load and unload steel into trucks, ensuring each load is scanned into the system. This role involves leading the newly established 2nd shift and utilizing an RF Scan gun daily. Only sit-down forklifts will be used.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate forklift and overhead crane to load and unload steel into trucks.
+ Ensure each load is accurately scanned into the system using an RF Scan gun.
+ Lead and manage the 2nd shift team.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of Manufacturing Leadership experience.
+ 2+ years of Overhead crane experience.
+ Knowledge of 1st operation processing.
+ Ability to work overtime as needed.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in material handling.
+ Proficiency in using sit-down forklifts.
+ Strong inventory management skills.

**Work Environment**
This role is for the 2nd shift, which operates from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The work environment involves the use of sit-down forklifts and overhead cranes, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Overtime may be required as needed.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00
