Job Description
We are seeking a Material Handler Supervisor for a national company and distribution facility for medical devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new employees, conducting hands-on training sessions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
ResponsibilitiesConduct hands-on training sessions for new hires and ongoing workshops for existing staff.Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve skills and efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies through effective training.Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities for process improvements.Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.Essential SkillsMust be a former employee.Previous warehouse/distribution experience.Knowledge in shipping, receiving, and inventory.Ability to flex into kitting and assembly if needed.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustrial equipment experience (stand up and order pickers mainly).Ability to perform some administrative tasks (computer literacy).Experience with staging, labeling products, RF scanner, forklift, loading, pallet jack, shipping and receiving, and material handler warehouse.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Busy distribution center. Semi climate-controlled. The candidate should live within a reasonable driving distance of NW Suwanee, GA and be able to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Suwanee, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
