Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving inbound freight, processing and shipping outbound orders, and light assembly. This position will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory and a clean, organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day operational warehouse tasks such as loading and unloading materials, picking, packing, and shipping orders, and utilizing handheld toolsComplete accurate data entry by using multiple computer systems and programsOperate material handling machinery including pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, scales, and forkliftsStock and move material correctly throughout the warehouseMaintain accurate data inventory by assisting with cycle counts and physical inventoryPerform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety proceduresMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsEssential Skills6+ months warehouse experienceForklift operationInventory managementPicking and packingRF scanner usageMaterial handlingPallet jack operationAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbsAbility to use basic hand toolsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

Smaller warehouse setting - well lit, with a group of 8-10 individuals. The position reports directly to the warehouse supervisor. 1st shift: 8:00a – 4:30p M-F.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
