Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch products to our customers, both domestically and internationally. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide excellent customer service at all times. + Efficiently receive, store, and issue/return materials. + Record transactions and perform inventory control tasks. + Pick, prepare, and package items for shipment, including hazardous materials. + Stage materials at factory workstations and manage internal deliveries. + Maintain a clean and safe working area through sound housekeeping and 5S practices. + Load/unload deliveries using various equipment safely. + Coordinate with warehouse personnel to meet customer orders. + Provide freight pricing quotes and maintain shipping documents. + Participate in continuous improvement efforts and lean events. + Update customer service representatives on shipment statuses. + Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations for shipments. + Observe and comply with all safety policies. **Qualifications:** **Required:** + Warehouse experience + Forklift experience + Computer skills + Manufacturing environment experience + Shipping knowledge, including carrier quotes and bills of lading **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
