**Description** SAIC is seeking a **Material Handling Laborer** to join our team in **Hanahan, SC** . This position is 100% on site. The Material Handling Laborer will: + Exercise care in the use of company equipment and tools. + Observe all safety programs and practices. + Assemble orders and kits of materials, parts, and assemblies for transfer to production and shipping. + Record and document material receipts, transfers, and inventory accounting. + Examine material(s) to verify damage and report discrepancies + Compute amount of material(s) needed for specific job orders. **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience:** + High school diploma/GED equivalent + Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Tools (Word and Excel in particular). + Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance. **Desirable:** + Previous warehouse experience.
