Material Handling Technician
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Material Handling Technician to join their team. As a Material Handling Technician, you will be part of the operations supporting the Pilot Plant team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn new systems, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Material Handling Technician **Location:** Bridgewater, NJ **Pay Range:** Competitive **What's the Job?** + Execute daily tasks in accordance with material management best practices to minimize inventory adjustments. + Assist in batch preparation by locating and pulling materials and assisting in weigh ups for trials. + Support operations in a safe and conscientious fashion. + Work independently on related duties requested by supervisor(s) with minimal instruction. + Manage inbound and outbound material activities, including warehousing and finished goods material management. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience. + Exposure to material handling and/or production environments. + Experience operating in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment with minimal guidance. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. as the job requires lifting and repetitive motion. + Previous experience using weigh up systems or scales is preferred. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in material handling and production processes. + Develop your skills in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) setting. + Work independently and contribute to meaningful projects. + Be part of a company that values safety and conscientious operations.
