What you’ll do:

Serving as a subject matter expert regarding materials, tools, and rental equipment. Receiving, recording, and tracking inventory. Monitoring onsite distribution and delivery. Following up on requests from superintendents and foremen. Determining the appropriate mode of transportation for inventory to be delivered. Analyzing reporting metrics and budget information. Preparing detailed reports for project meetings. Enforcing best practices for employee performance and policy adherence. Monitoring and recording employee performance, providing inputs to performance evaluations, and submitting these for completion with project superintendents. Mentoring employees in performance and responsibilities to ensure they are prepared for new responsibilities as business demands increase. Able to manage a group of laborers with assigned tasks for assigning composite cleanup or material deliveries to their designated locations. Understanding and knowledge of projects Logistics plan including traffic delivery routes, site logistics schedules and stages of project.

Key Requirements:

HS diploma and 5+ year of demonstrated experience Must have demonstrated experience and proficiency with advanced level MS Excel and Outlook. Must have a strong command of the English language and be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Have high productivity, professional level work ethic, and strict compliance with safety policies and procedures. Must have demonstrated experience in managing a team and resolving workplace conflicts. Must demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and ability to interface with different stakeholders. Must have / maintain a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.  With abilities to obtain CMV upon request or project requirement. Possess forklift Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Rough Terrain Fork Lift Certifications Warehouse forklift certification CMV Certification

    Pay Range: $28.00 - $38.00

Abilities:

Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period of time. Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance. Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders. Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis. Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English. May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools. Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.  It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events). See details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
