Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm / Hybrid (on-site Tues to Thurs)​

Work Location: 1120 Employers Blvd. Suite 200, De Pere, WI 54115

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $21.16 - $36.05 per hour, with bonus potential

Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Quality Measures & Controls

Create Master Data with outlined data definitions, data quality and SLAs.

Helps to identify data quality problems by profiling data, and executing data quality remediation.

Provides information required to generate data quality metrics and performance indicators.

Standards, Policies, & Processes

Responsible for maintaining data based on defined guidelines and governance standards.

Performs the day-to-day activities of creating and maintaining master data as per the defined processes and SLAs.

Escalates issues to the Business Process and Data Owner as needed.

Executes the enterprise data governance standards, policies, processes, data definitions, etc.

Performs impact analysis of changes to data definitions, metric definitions, business rules, data quality and data governance standards and policies.

Helps implement the data governance decisions by making necessary data changes (e.g., populating data to a newly added attribute, data cleansing activities, etc.).

Provides input to Data Domain Lead and Data Stewards on data operations specific processes.

Training & Document Repository Management

Responsible to assist with maintenance of SOPs, Visio process diagrams, data dictionaries, job aids, etc. for the domain.

Qualifications & Experience:

Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain or a similar field preferred, Bachelor’s degree preferred

SAP experience preferred

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to communicate well to internal and external partners

Understands the Order to Cash process, Supply Chain cycle, and the impact Master Data has on these areas. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
