Summary: Seeking an Inventory Control and Distribution Specialist to manage inventory flow, coordinate activities between facilities, and handle kitting and shipping of products.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma/GED, Associate degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory management, especially with outsourced international resources/vendors
Job Responsibilities:
Fulfill obligations specified in the organization's SOPs related to material and product handling
Monitor and replenish component stock and packaging materials as needed
Perform acceptance procedures on supplied critical components, register parts into the inventory management system, and move accepted components into the inventory tracking system
File rejected material reports on non-conforming components and work with the Operations Team to identify and resolve quality issues
Develop and implement methods to maintain accurate inventory levels
Work effectively with cross-functional teams including Development, IT, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations
Provide information and support customer service operations related to inventory inquiries
Configure kits from component inventory according to instructions
Package kitted product and prepare shipment documents
Coordinate the shipment of products using external shipping resources
Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
Follow company policies and procedures
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
