Key Areas of Responsibility:

Master Scheduler

Manage and deploy production forecasts from global headquartersBreak down quarterly forecasts to weekly level based on production capacityMaintain forecast data in ERP systemCreate planning baseline for procurement and logistics

Materials Change Coordinator

Lead supply chain activities for Engineering Change Orders (ECO)Coordinate Phase In/Phase Out activities to mitigate obsolescenceManage product lifecycle including part creation and structuringInterface with Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, and Service teams

MRP Infrastructure Maintenance

Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)Ensure accuracy of MRP system settings and structuresSupport system integrity for production planning

Required Qualifications:

2+ years experience in Materials Replenishment Planning (MRP)Advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel (VBA advantage)Proven experience in Change Management (ECO/ECR/ECN)Experience in forecasting and production planningStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and cross-functional leadership skillsHigh attention to detailFluent English
