Our team in Courtland, AL is looking for a Material Planner/Controller Associate Manager.
In this role we are looking for a candidate who has:
Previous logistics experience along with experience leading/managing cross-functional teams.
Experience with shipping, receiving and ordnance.
This person will need the ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
-Previous logistics experience, leading/managing cross-functional teams.
-Experience shipping and receiving, ordnance and inventory processes and controls.
- Procurement, planning and scheduling experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing requirements.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Desired Skills:
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college.
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
- Experience training employees on forklift, side-loader and pallet jack.
- Certified in CFR 49, HAZ-MAT handling/shipping and OSHA requirements.
- Proven record of decision making & prioritization planning.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn a variety of new skills & tools.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
