**Job Title: Material Staging** **Job Description** Candidates will be in charge of tracking inventory as it comes in and goes out of the warehouse. They will track equipment in SAP, but SAP experience is not required, though beneficial. All candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. Candidates will also cross-train into another area where they track parts to ensure they are processed in a timely manner, using Microsoft Excel for this task. Heavy computer usage is involved in this role, and candidates must be able to walk up and down stairs as they carry parts. **Responsibilities** + Track inventory as it arrives and departs from the warehouse. + Use SAP for equipment tracking (SAP experience is beneficial but not required). + Lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 lbs. + Cross-train in other areas to track parts and ensure timely processing. + Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking and basic functions like filters. + Engage in heavy computer usage for inventory management. + Walk up and down stairs while carrying parts. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Expediting skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Data entry capabilities. + Computer proficiency. + Warehouse experience. + SAP experience (beneficial but not required). + Ability to track and input data accurately. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with work orders. + Experience tracking inventory using inventory software. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to work onsite at an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The work schedule options include: 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00-15:30 with lunch from 11:30-12:00 and two 10-minute breaks. 6th Shift: Mon-Thurs, 15:00-1:30 with lunch from 20:00-20:30 and two 10-minute breaks. 7th Shift: Fri-Sun, 6:00-18:00 with options for a 30-minute lunch or breaks only, totaling 34.5 to 36 hours. Option to work an additional 4 hours during the week to reach 40 hours. 8th Shift: Fri-Sun, 18:00-6:00 with options for a 30-minute lunch or breaks only, totaling 34.5 to 36 hours. Option to work an additional 4 hours during the week to reach 40 hours. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
