ICI Services is looking for motivated individuals ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment and want to support our customer, Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning & Procurement (SUBMEPP) in Material Support Program services in Dover, NH as a Material Support Planner (MSP) Engineering Technician.
ICI Services is a DoD federal contractor providing program management, engineering, strategic and operational planning, quality assurance, financial management, and administrative support services.
Working remotely is currently not allowed under the contract.
Security Clearance
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Research available databases using authorized applications to determine applicable parts and materials for submarine Maintenance Standards (MSs).
• Identify required part numbers, stock numbers, and NIINs for submarine MSs.
• Develop and revise documents for shipyards to use in planning and conducting maintenance repair on submarines.
• Maintain program databases including archiving of MS packages.
• Conduct component data research including the identification of missing part numbers or unidentified part numbers.
• Perform technical reviews Material Support Program initiatives for future submarine platforms.
• Prepare briefs, technical analysis reports, and correspondence as requested
Experience Requirements
• 3 Years of experience with maintenance, planning or execution.
• Experience with interfacing military supply systems / community helpful.
• Experience with preparing technical documents, performing technical research, and Navy database manipulation.
• Knowledge of submarine life cycle maintenance programs, particularly submarine material programs is a plus.
Education Requirement
• High school/vocational school degree or GED certificate.
Skills and Abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and M&SWP.
• Proficient in technical writing to provide technical documentation, correspondence, and able to provide technical analysis reports.
