Material / Traffic Management Supervisor

**Purpose and Scope:** Serves as the Guam Site specific **Material/Traffic Management Supervisor** overseeing all DOLIs, inventors, receiving, and shipping. Performs mission/resource analysis coordinates with supply, maintenance and transportation functional areas and ensures supporting requirements and implied tasks are accomplished to standard within required timelines. Position reports to the Material Management / TMO Manager.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Oversight of assets, material, and property control activities to ensure continuous accountability of government assets/stocks (BEAR, FSE, AGE, MAAS) in accordance with governing regulations and policies.
+ Assisting the logistics team in resolving equipment configuration questions and ensuring parent/child relationships are accurately reflected on the property record.
+ Maintain 100% accountability over inventories of all government assets/stocks (UTCs).
+ Manage government material, assets, and asset control and ensure supplies are maintained to provide constant support to the program.
+ Maintain control of government-accountable property records and constantly monitor consumable supply usage rates and reorder trigger points.
+ Update government assets/stocks (UTCs) with asset location changes immediately.
+ Monitor purchasing, inventory control system and property records to ensure they accurately reflect inventory transactions, movement and relief of stewardship.
+ Perform quality control checks of purchasing and assets/stocks (UTCs) records to ensure required data fields are accurate and complete and that supporting documentation has been recorded and uploaded into applicable GIS and Amentum Data Bases (MAXIMO).
+ Participate in risk assessments and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
+ Prepare reports for Division management and Government customers.
+ Prepare all requests for issues and associated transfers of government directed assets/stocks (UTCs) accordance with governing regulations.
+ Use varied approaches to resolve or collaborate on project or program issues.
+ Support the program with shipping items as directed by the government.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Experience working on Air Force Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR, FSE, AGE, MAAS) equipment.
+ 5 years of related experience.
+ Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
+ Position may require domestic and international travel.
+ Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:**
+ Work is performed in a shop environment that is moderately lighted, heated and ventilated, is exposed to disagreeable fumes and to cuts and bruises from using tools in close placed and hazards of moving vehicles such as forklifts and sweepers in shop area.
+ Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
+ Frequently is required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
+ Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and taste or smell.
+ Frequently lifts items weighing 15-25 pounds and occasionally in excess of 45 pounds.
+ Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, and vibration.
+ Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; and risk of electrical shock.
+ The noise level in the work environment is usually loud or unsafe conditions, questioning nonstandard operations or environmental factors that may involve unmitigated hazards, and providing feedback to supervisors and managers on all safety issues.
