Mantener 5’s en área de trabajo
Abastecimiento de material a línea y puntos de uso de acuerdo a cantidades definidas.
Acomodo de material en rack (de acuerdo al área donde aplique)
Realizar retornos de material.
Abastecer materiales para cambio de modelo.
Auxiliar a los especialistas de materiales en los conteos cíclicos de componentes.
Elaborar lista de cortos de inventario y entregar a especialista de materiales.
Dar disposición a cartón y plástico.
Disponer tarimas de materia prima y charolas de reciclaje (motores, baterías y moldeo)
Seguimiento en las actividades de implementación de SPS.
Cumplimiento de reglamento interior de trabajo
Participar en análisis de causa raíz.
Usar el EPP
Reportar cualquier acto y/o condición insegura e impactos de manera negativa al medio ambiente.
Identifica oportunidades de mejora y las comunica a supervisor de materiales.
Soporte en la implementación de mejoras
Recopilar información de modelo cargados en línea a inicio y final de cada turno
