About the Role
This will be a 16 month co-op term (12 month terms are occasionally available) working with our materials and stores team.
Primary Responsibilities
Daily tasks to support the Operations Team and better understand Materials Management:
Participate in a continuous improvement team to add value to the current materials processPick parts for Assembly kits Backfill and deliver part shortages to the production floorReceive material from the dock Put away material from the receiving dock and or shop floorCycle count material, and ability to trace back to root cause of inventory discrepancyAbility to transact material into our ERP system (LN )Support the CSG stores team if work load is high- by picking partsTransfer material to shipping- pick parts, complete paperwork and physically move material from stores to shipping locationAble to move
