Coordinates the flow of materials and the filling of Kanbans in a department of the factory, which may include shipping and receiving.

Materials Coordinator Details:

Contract position$23.00 /hourFirst ShiftAs a Material Coordinator located in Dubuque, IA, you will coordinate for production departments the procuring, expediting, producing, and delivering of material on time.Collaborate and recommend solutions to various teams on gaps for material availabilitySupport production operators with finding and resolving material shortagesAudit material and ensure accuracyResolve inventory errors and expedite parts to ensure uninterrupted productionWork critical shortage reports to ensure part availabilityImplement the output from engineering release and change management processDeviation management and adjustments

Materials Coordinator Qualifications:

Supply Management or Manufacturing experienceExcellent people, communication, and relationship management skillsExperience analyzing information to make sound business decisionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment What Makes You Stand OutTwo or more years of Supply Management or Manufacturing experienceMaterial Flow experience and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environmentA strong problem solver who can multi-taskProficient in SAP and data analytics Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business Management, Information Technology or Engineering discipline, or 2-3 years of equivalent related work experience
